The Bay House at Salishan
Since 1978, The Bay House has endeavored to be the best restaurant possible, providing first-class service and creative, fresh, honest food and drink. After 41 years, we have recently reopened at Salishan Coastal Lodge.
Chef Kevin Ryan remains at the helm, where he has been since 2012. He been a part of our culinary team since 2004 when he came aboard as our high school intern.
